  • Disrupt: I am Ready. Are you?

In the greater part of the past two decades, the rapid transformation of technologies has led society to embrace the digital culture. At the rate of its acceleration, technology shows no sign of slowing down or even waiting for the general public to adjust to its demands. Today’s tech trends have seen its impact on the youth and how they are able to maximize its capabilities as they mature. What can we do to keep up with this ever-changing trend? How can we leverage young talent to better equip industries for the future? How can we truly disrupt our current practices in order to be future-ready?

Keynote Address

  • Live
Technologies we only dreamed of are coming to life poised at making our lives better, easier. We are seeing smart homes, connected cars, a digital shift on healthcare and entertainment modes on the go. We get excited, yet we are also extremely curious as to what this is all about?

What are these technologies per se? How are they positioned to disrupt our lifestyles? What is this new standard of living and what can we expect of the future?

    Thought Leader from Accenture*

  • Work
With the rapid transformation of technology, what we are enjoying now may not be as relevant and efficient in the next five years. Technology has played a vital role in improving the quality of life and businesses.

As we move forward in the digital age, are we sure that we are taking the right steps? Are we ready and capable to keep up with the fast-evolving digital standard? Can we confidently say that we are digitally equipped to face the future?

Today, more than ever, the new constant is change – disrupting each work cycle to reach the right people at the right time and at the right place. How do we disrupt the way we work to truly move our businesses towards the digital age?

    Thought Leader from PLDT Alpha*

  • Learn
In the past, we viewed education as traditional (books and desks) vs. non-traditional (online).

Today, there is no such thing. Education is made available anywhere and at any time. With online education platforms like Coursera and Udacity leading the movement on disrupting our learning process, it is high time we see the world with infinite learning possibilities.

There are now two challenges up ahead: First, how do we leverage a talent pool that has emerged from this cognitive disruption? Second, with our current pool of talents, how do we take advantage of these disruptive tools to bring them to a higher-level?

    Thought Leader from Cognizant*

  • Experience
Advancement in technology and changes in culture have changed the way we live, work and play. We, as customers, do not just want to absorb messages. We want to be a part of it. And not only that, we want it right here, right now.

With the need for a personal approach that is fast and meaningful, how are we changing the way engage and support our customers? How does technology play a role in taking this to a whole new level? How now do you disrupt the customer experience to stay relevant and remain top choice?

    Thought Leader from Globe Business*
